What benefits does the new online ordering system offer?
Is it safe to shop with you?
Yes - CIMC Group takes your online safety seriously. We implement all the latest security practices and always encrypt your personal information. We never store your credit card numbers. For more information on our privacy and security policies, and to read our Privacy Policy.
What are your shipping and return policies?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and the postcode of the delivery address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes and prefer to send only to the store/ business addresses.
If, for whatever reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns Policies.

Account
How do I sign up for an account?
Your online store account is already set up for you. Your username will be your email address. For more information please click here.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
No need to worry! When you go to sign in, select ‘Forgot Your Password’, enter your registered email address and then a new automatically generated password will be sent to your email in a matter of minutes. If you do not receive an email right away, best to check your junkmail folder just in case the email was caught by your junkmail filter. Click here to have a new password sent to you now.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, sign into your account then go to ‘ACCOUNT INFORMATION’ located on the left hand menu and select ‘Change Password’. Your password must be a minimum of 6 characters and contain only standard keyboard characters.
I am a Franchisee with multiple stores, will I need multiple accounts?
No, you will only need one account for all of your stores. However you MUST place separate orders for each store. The delivery address should be for the store you are ordering for only.
Orders
How do I place an order?
To place an order you first have to log into your account using your username and password.
Once you have found the product you are looking for, simply select a size and the quantity of the chosen item and press ‘add to cart’, this will take you to the shopping cart section. For multiple items simply press ‘continue shopping’ and repeat the process for each item.
You will be asked to fill in your shipping and billing information, after which you will be asked to select a payment option. You can pay either by direct deposit, credit card or purchase order (only available to Head Office staff and Corporate Stores). Credit cards are usually easier and are processed instantly - that means your order will be shipped sooner!
How can I track an order?
Once you have placed an order with us, you can track the progress of that order from the ‘My Account’ section. Simply click on the ‘Account and Sign-In’ link on the upper right hand corner of your screen, select ‘My Account’ and log in. You will see the status of your most recent orders in your account dashboard or you can go to ‘My Orders’. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Once we've received full payment, your order will be shipped same day or next working day. For urgent orders, please consider paying by credit card, as credit card payments are processed instantly. Deliveries are shipped by road and will generally take approximately 1-3 business days for Eastern states, and up to 5-7 days for other states.
Can I have my order delivered to my home address?
We prefer the goods be delivered to the store or another business address, which is open within normal business hours. This ensures there is someone available to sign for the delivery, which is required for security reasons. However if you wish to have items delivered to a residential address, we provide an 'authority to leave' and accept no responsibility for the goods once they are delivered.
I’ve received my order, but it is too big/small. What can I do?
If you find that the items in your order are too large/small, we do provide exchanges. Before organizing an exchange, please ensure you refer to the garment’s sizing chart to check measurements before selecting the size for exchange. Click here to refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy and download the exchange form.
I am a Franchisee with multiple stores; can I place one order for all my stores?
Unfortunately no, you MUST place separate orders for each store. This will ensure accurate reporting on order quantities for each store. Proceed with the checkout process as normal and ensure the delivery address is the store you are ordering for. Once you have finished placing an order for a store, you can begin a new order for your other store(s).
Uniforms
How can I prevent pilling on my uniforms?
Pilling occurs during wearing or washing when groups of short or broken fibres on the surface of the fabric become tangled together in a tiny ball; a pill.
Tips to Prevent Pilling:
- Before laundering, turn the garment inside out.
- Use the gentle cycle which has a slower agitation and shorter wash cycle.
- Use liquid detergent or allow powdered detergent to dissolve completely before adding garments.
- Line dry woven fabrics and dry knitted garments on a flat surface. If using the dryer, remove as soon as possible to lessen abrasion from other fabrics.
How do I remove lint from my uniforms, after it has been washed?
If you've washed a dark garment and it has excessive lint, begin by washing the item again and add 1 cup distilled white vinegar to the rinse water (using a fabric softener will also work). This will help loosen the lint from the fabric by relaxing the fibres. Place the item in a dryer with a couple of microfiber cloths (the lint will stick to the microfibre cloths) and tumble until slightly damp. Remove from dryer and use a clothes brush or sticky lint roller to remove the remaining lint. If you don't have a sticky lint roller, use heavy duty packing tape wrapped around your fingers to pull off the lint.
What is the best way to determine my size?
The best way to determine what size to order is to refer to the sizing charts included in the product details for each item. Please note that size charts can vary between different items so it is important to refer to each sizing chart to ensure the best fit.
The most effective way to determine your size is to measure a similar garment that you already own, which fits you well. Lay it down on a flat, even surface. Below is a general guide on how to measure:
Chest - Measure chest 2cm down from underarm (unless otherwise stated in the sizing chart) across to the other side of the shirt at the same point (refer to diagrams below).
Centre Back Length - Measure length by placing tape measure at centre back bottom hem and running straight to top of shirt centre back. If the style being measured has a collar, do not include the collar (refer to diagrams below).
