Getting Started
Your online store account will already be set up for you by CIMC Group. Instructions are emailed to you.
This store is MOBILE & TABLET FRIENDLY and you will need to log in using the username and password described below.
Your username will be your email address.
Your default password is the name that forms the first part of your email address. Example: If your email address is timjohnson@hotmail.com then your password is timjohnson. Note: if the name is less than 6 characters, then your password will be the name typed in twice, no spaces. Example: If your email is tim@hotmail.com – the password is: timtim.
Click here to log into your account using your username and password.
When logging on for the first time, ensure you change your password to something you can easily remember. To change your password, go to ‘ACCOUNT INFORMATION’ located on the left hand menu and select Change Password. Your password must be a minimum of 6 characters and contain only standard keyboard characters.
How to Place an Order
To place your order, select the approriate category from the main menu bar at the top of the page.
Select the item you want to order by clicking the image or 'Add to Cart' to view the item details.
Select the size (if applicable), adjust the quantity, and then click ‘add to cart’. If the item calls for additional information to be provided, you will need to complete the relevant fields before the item is added to the shopping cart.
If more than one size is required you will need to enter each size separately. Please note, if no quantity is entered, by default the system will add one (1) item to your cart. You can edit quantities when you view your ‘Shopping Cart’.
To view what you have selected to order, at any time simply click on the 'Cart' icon at the top right hand corner of the web page. From here you can 'view shopping cart' or if you are ready to proceed to the checkout, select 'Checkout'.
When viewing your shopping cart, you can edit quantities and what items are included, however please ensure you 'Update Cart' to confirm any changes are saved.
Once you’re happy with your cart contents click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Before you can proceed to the Checkout Process, you will be required to log in, if you have not already.
Checkout Process Steps
Step 1: Here you will see that your store details have already been added to your account for invoicing purposes. If you would like your order to be shipped to the billing address, then select ‘Ship to this address’ and you will be taken straight to Step 3.
Step 2: If your delivery address is different to your billing address, you will then be prompted to enter the delivery details for the order. If the delivery address is the same as the billing address, select ‘Use Billing Address’ at the bottom of the form. Please note: Goods are to be delivered to the store address/ a business address (open within normal business hours) to ensure someone is available to sign for the order.
Step 3: Your shipping costs are added according to the weight of your items and the postcode of the delivery address.
Step 4: Choose from two payment methods and provide the necessary details:
- Direct Deposit - The system will provide you with the bank account details to make the payment.
Please note: your order will not be shipped out until payment has been received into this bank account. To expedite the payment confirmation process please be sure to include your Order Confirmation number as a reference on your bank transfer.
- Credit/Debit Card - The funds will be automatically charged to your card at checkout and your order will be dispatched on the same day from Monday to Friday.
Please note: We can only accept Visa or MasterCard.
- Purchase Order - A valid Purchase Order number must be provided to be processed. This option can be used by Head Office and Corporate Stores ONLY.
Step 5: Review your order details and ensure that everything is correct. The system will provide details of your order and the total amount to be paid, including shipping costs and GST. If you have forgotten to add an item, select ‘Edit Your Cart’ to make any changes to your cart.
